This Mindful Hatha Yoga course offers a welcoming and supportive space for regular practitioners wishing to delve deeper, and beginners ready to explore and develop a yoga practice.

Each week, our practice is centered around a unique theme drawn from non-dual yoga philosophy, offering inspiration and practical relevance for everyday life.

We begin by gently energising with breath awareness and mindful movement, then gradually transition towards a postural practice with body and breath aligned. Here, you are invited to explore your own unique pathway in a posture - a balanced vibrancy in the space between ease and effort, gentleness and strength. We complete our practice by immersing in the stillness of meditation and deep relaxation.

Our asana practice is infused with the Universal Principles of Alignment which lie at the heart of Anusara Hatha Yoga, cultivating both stability and spaciousness. This mindful approach enhances energetic flow and fosters a deeper connection between body, breath, heart, and mind.  

Weather permitting, we occasionally practice outdoors in the serene Sanctuary gardens.
