A supportive, strengthening yoga class. Suitable for all yoga levels.

Osteoporosis and menopause- friendly. Small group sizefor individual attention and customised practices.

We use props e.g. chair, yoga blocks, bolster,resistance bands, to support our practice as we :

• Develop awareness of alignment mindfully.

• Refine and nuance our optimal alignment.

• Experience depth, ease and space while wehold, settle and breathe in a posture.

• Lengthen, strengthen & open.

Class practice consists ofaccessible physical yoga postures, weight-bearing andresistance exercises to:

• Promote muscle strength & maintain bone health

• Nourish and support joint health

• Improve balance and coordination• Increase mobility and flexibility

• Enhance posture and body awareness

We also practice :

• Breath Awareness & Pranayama – to calm the mindand also to improve vitality

• Meditation & Relaxation – to comfort the nervoussystem and reduce stress.
