Whether you’re a long-time yogi or a total beginner, this class offers a welcoming space to enhance your overall well-being with yoga practices to support your health at every stage of life.

For added stability, comfort and support, we use props (e.g. chair) so we can lengthen & strengthen, refine and nuance our optimal alignment to experience both depth and ease and space while we settle and breathe in a posture.

Class practice consists of customised physical yoga postures & sequences to:

  • Promote     muscle strength, maintain bone health
  • Improve      balance and coordination
  • Increase      mobility and flexibility
  • Enhance      posture and body awareness
  • Mindful     Joint Movements – Gentle exercises to nourish and support joint health
  • Breath     Awareness & Pranayama – Techniques to calm the mind and improve     vitality
  • Meditation     & Relaxation – Practices to reduce stress.

This is yoga as a lifelong companion.
