As winter approaches and nature begins its descent into stillness, we are invited to meet the sacred in endings — to honour what is dying, what is passing, and what is asking to be released.
Join Nikki Solyom, 500-hour Kundalini Yoga teacher, movement educator, and ceremonial guide, for a half-day Kundalini Tantra immersion dedicated to exploring the wisdom of darkness, death, and renewal through traditional tantric practices.

In the ancient Tantric traditions, darkness is not something to fear — it is a teacher, a sacred space where transformation begins. This workshop is a gentle yet profound invitation to sit with impermanence, to connect with ancestral energy, and to honour the continuous cycle of life, death, and rebirth that lives within us and around us.

What to Expect

●    Tantric Breath & Movement Practices –rooted in traditional Kundalini kriyas and meditations to awaken awareness of life force and mortality

●    Guided Ritual of Release – acknowledging the things, emotions, or identities that are ready to die within us

●    Mantra & Meditation for the Departed –chanting and sound practices to honour ancestors and those who have passed

●    Stillness and Darkness Practice – learning to sit in presence with silence, shadow, and surrender

●    Cacao & Sound Ceremony – opening the heart gently to hold remembrance and gratitude

●    Collective Reflection Circle – sharing insights and blessings for the winter descent

The Intention

This gathering is not about sensuality, but about reverence - about meeting the depth of human experience through the sacred Tantric lens.
Together, we will explore:

●    The spiritual wisdom of endings and death in Tantric philosophy

●    How to embrace the dark as fertile ground for transformation

●    How to hold space for grief, memory, and letting go

●    How to awaken compassion and presence amidst life’s cycles
