This breathwork practice is designed to down-regulate the nervous system, guiding the body to slow down and shift into a calm, rest and digest state.
The practice begins with some gentle movement and body awareness to support the body in releasing tension and softening.
Through a range of functional breathing techniques you’ll then be led on a journey with your breath that encourages relaxation and balance of the nervous system.
The practice finishes with stillness and rest, allowing you time to fully unwind.
No experience needed, this practice is open to everyone whether it’s your first time trying breathwork or you already have a regular practice.
