Cacao and Sound immersion workshop with Nikki

Step into a deeply nourishing 4-hour immersive workshopwhere ancient cacao wisdom meets the healing power of sound.

We begin with a rich exploration of ceremonial cacao - learning about its origins, bean varieties, and what truly distinguishes ceremonial-grade cacao from the rest. You’ll be guided through the different types of cacao beans, including Criollo, Nacional, Forastero, and Trinitario, while discovering their unique characteristics andenergetic qualities.

This journey is not only educational, but sensorial. You will take part in a blind cacao tasting, experiencing a diverse range of originssuch as India, Guatemala, Venezuela, Ecuador, the Solomon Islands, andPeru, allowing your senses and intuition to guide you.

After our deep dive into the world of cacao, we transition into the realm ofsound healing. You will learn about and experience thetherapeutic effects of sound through instruments such as crystal singing bowls, copper and brass singing bowls, gongs, and chimes - each offering its own vibrational medicine.

To close the experience, you’ll be invited into a full one-hour sound bath, accompanied by a cup of ceremonial cacao of your choice - selected intentionally based on what you discovered and resonated with throughout the day.
